Oak Island Computers - Company History  
           My name is Martin White Owner of Oak Island Computers. Oak Island Computers LLC was founded
in October of 2010.  I had a retail store in Oak Island NC.   I closed the store to move back to Fort Wayne Indiana
to be near family and work for Executive Technologies....     
OIC was formed from my company Micro Connections FW (For Wilmington).

I started Micro Connections FW  in 1988, from a former company I had named APP  (Association of Personal Programmers) started in 1985.  APP was renamed in CT. I called it Micro Connections of Canaan Valley.
In 1990 I moved to Indiana and I renamed the company Micro Connections FW (Fort Wayne).

           In April of 2007 I moved Micro Connections FW to Wilmington NC.   I have renamed it Micro Connections For Wilmington.  I established some commercial and residential clients

          Micro Connections services in the early days was Dbase III+ Program systems and One on One training and consulting.  I have several companies that is still using systems I designed in the early 90's to run there business operation.  These systems was custom designed from a system I developed call Budget Master.  It is a accounting system.

           My services in the past few years include the following:  Web Development, One on One training windows and internet., Foxpro Programming, Hardware Advising and repair, Hardware and software sells, and more.
